I think you will get the Whatsapp group when you meet with the parents next year. Anyway, these whatsapp groups get pretty noisy and I usually set the group to silent... lol.
Actually cos I want to ask about student care stuff and uniform stuff and have nobody to ask.. haha also wanted to see if anybody else wanted to swap new uniforms that they order wrong size in.

May I know if Anchor Green has good school support for children with mild autism? Is the school culture acceptive of children with special needs?

Are the principal, teachers and allied educators supportive?

Hi parents,
Would like to know what's the pulling factor for choosing Anchor Green? Seems like not many ppl choose to register for this school. Anybody can give me any inputs on this school?
My dd is in P.5 this year. She has been enjoying school a lot.

My ds is in a more popular school. Comparing the 2 schools from a parent's perspective, I personally like the management style of AGPS more. I've written to the school for different matters. For each of the occasion, I got timely and constructive response from the school. During school dismissal, I've also seen the principal for couple of times, being there to observe and give necessary guidance and help to teachers and parents.

Of course, what parents can see could be limited. So the above is just my own observation and feeling.

Hello LaraC, both my kids graduated from AGPS some years back. For them, school work was manageable and not stressful. The school also gave them outside-school opportunities and exposures which was great. They made good friends and had a good 6 years with the school.

As for the school based student care, at that time, the staff changed quite frequently. But our expectations weren’t high as we only wanted a supervised and convenient environment the kids could go to after school, so it was a good arrangement for us.
