Honestly, if PAP gets no kick back from appointing AIM and WP gets no cuts from appointing FMSS, there is no case for CPIB. Cos it is still a contract for service rendered and if the vendor overcharged because PAP or WP did no due diligence to ensure getting the best deal, it will be more of a procedural mistake. Will never be a corrupted practice.

So nowadays, a Member of Parliament is just a glorified MCST chairman and seats in Parliament can be won or lost over how many child care centres there are in a particular constituency or how often the corridors are swept or when residents can get new lifts. :please:
