The drive up was easy and well-organised. <br /><br /><br />We timed our stay during the weekend of Winter Open Festival. There was stage performance, cakes, balloons, warm red wine and even fireworks during the opening ceremony. <br /><br />We booked an apartment with snow insurance inclusive. If it doesnt snow 3 days before our booking dates, we could cancel the apartment booking.</p>

Not too bad. Or try Alpensia in Korea. It is Korea’s venue to host a winter Olympic so it is nice. Not sure if they won the bid though.</p>
