I usually go to the outlet at Parkway parade. You might want to check online.

My P6 niece is into those korea style frilly girlie wear. So more like teenagers rather than those kiddy. But that is something my dd1 will never do..

For my dd1... her feet is longer than mine :yikes: I am easily a size 39...(used to be 37 before kids) and she is like 40 and she is only 11+ (can't imagine what she will end up with).... She used to be wearing those crocs and I asked her to stop wearing that.... For CNY, she told us that she want those ballet pumps type of shoes. Got her something from elysee. For her, she has been wearing the same pair of shoes for 1 year plus so the feet growth seems capped for now. Got her leather as she was wearing those puma fabric shoes and it smelled... Some of the classes she goes to require her to take off her shoes and that is so embarrassing right. Decided to invest in a leather comfortable shoe for her. If it is comfortable, the likelihood of her wearing it all the time is higher.

MMM

Reply to Clothes for my girl on Mon, 28 Jan 2013 07:28:40 GMT

I went to the one at Vivo

http://www.pumpkinpatchusa.com/girl/girl/new-arrivals/spring-fiesta/

You can find some of these collection at that outlet.

Funz

Reply to Clothes for my girl on Mon, 28 Jan 2013 07:00:24 GMT

MMM:

Funz:
I just went Pumpkin Patch over the weekend. She is one of the tallest in class. I got most of her clothes when I was in US/ overseas… There are some brands I usually get for her :
* The children place (fashionable and cheaply priced). I bought online before. My P2 is alittle fleshy so I usually buy the biggest size. Better to have it big than small.
* Ralph Lauren. Eg. recently we were in HK RL factory outlet and found some dresses for her
* Tommy Hilfiger for those polo tees, dresses, etc… I got in US outlet and they have nice reasonably priced dresses but I also used to shop online.
* Nautica - Nice skots
* Bossini - Just found out recently their dresses are not bad and reasonably priced.
* Saw some nice dresses in Espirit but I find their range really limited and the pants really odd shaped…
* Limited range and sizes in Pumpkin patch…

Due to odd size, I usually get tights iso jeans.

For shoes… she likes sandals but found it so difficult to get nice ones… Bata has some shoes selection but for non-sandals, we prefer to get them leather shoes so that it don’t smell. I don’t like Colette. Some nice designs but so far my dd don’t find it comfortable… so probably nice to see but not comfortable to wear. She stopped wearing after a while. Online is probably another source.

I don’t believe in spending much for kids’ clothing. So usually I would not pay more than S$40 for a dress unless it’s special occasion. So buying online or when I am travelling is good.

My P6 is 150+cm and fleshy… Awkward age and size. For her, I get her those 3/4 pants jeans from espirit, jeans tights from Uniqlo, etc…
