You can buy them from Amazon or The Book Depository. The publishers have web sites for ebooks too.

May I ask why you cannot use the books available in Popular bookstore?

Popular bookstore is the most popular place to buy topical practice books.

Apart from those, I have seen some bookstores sell books by Teachers' Production (TP). I haven't seen the TP books in the Popular bookstore.

Another series I found online, that looked good, was the 'Targeting English', 'Targeting Maths', etc. series from Australia. And happily, I saw this new series in the Popular bookstore yesterday.

Alternatively, you can buy books or e-books from the U.S. Look for books by Evan-Moor Publications or Scholastic Teaching Press.
