I was told not all the school have been upgraded. When it happens to rain, the school fields and other outdoor areas are usually closed or out of bound of students. The students would have no where else to go after food except library. I heard some schools provided recreational games with an hour of recess instead of the normal 20mins. I am not sure if it is true.
