[Objective is to plot a coherent story line with little/no loopholes - helps with oral too (and through this can identify which words/phrases the child doesn't know how to express using CL)]
2. practice writing out the climax of the story (using pic 2-4 or 3-5) instead of writing the entire comp (i.e. all 6 pics). [Objective is to describe the events vividly (details + appropriate use of adjectives)]

All the above are aimed at increasing the child's amount of practice without being overwhelmed/put off by the writing of full stories + increasingly boost the child's confidence.

Hi Chen Lao Shi,
Any advice for scores around 31-32? [Objective is to plot a coherent story line with little/no loopholes - helps with oral too (and through this can identify which words/phrases the child doesn’t know how to express using CL)]
2. practice writing out the climax of the story (using pic 2-4 or 3-5) instead of writing the entire comp (i.e. all 6 pics). [Objective is to describe the events vividly (details + appropriate use of adjectives)]

All the above are aimed at increasing the child’s amount of practice without being overwhelmed/put off by the writing of full stories + increasingly boost the child’s confidence.
