Try to uninstall Facebook, Twitter, SMS from the units.  These tend to bog down their logic circuits, making them unresponsive and sluggish.  You may also wish to detach the units from iPhones or Android phones.  This can be quite effective, judging from my personal experience with my older unit.<br /><br />c.
