Yes, just like screening tenants, you should also screen the kids carefully too. What they say and how they act may be only for show. Plus, these kids will also have to deal with life and school in a foreign country on top of whatever plagues them at the respective ages.

BUt, we have moved, so can’t find out more details from them.

Anyway…they are not very open people…

But, I saw a few teenage boys and girls coming and going. My dad said they charge about $1,400 per person… (!!!)

I thought it is not so easy too… since teenager… won’t they have teenager problems and the guardians iwll be expected to handle them ??
