Dandre Moore, 19, and Dartavious Moore, 22, had a car loaded with pot and pills and a 3-year-old toddler in the backseat when they were pulled over while driving through George Wallace Tunnel in Mobile on Tuesday.

Dandre was behind the wheel \"double texting and driving with his knees,\" Mobile police spokeswoman Lori Myles told AL.com.

Police searched the car and found a prescription bottle with nearly 400 pills of oxycodone, another bottle containing pills of Xanax, $5,000 in the glove compartment and an ounce of marijuana in Moore's underwear
