Most of the time, they didn't want the hassle of deciding, so I would just prepare something and they would eat and go. Sometimes I would give them muffins, raisin bread or bao, or whatever leftover cakes, pastries etc from the weekend. Now they are old enough to make their own breakfast, they are still eating exactly the same types of food that I used to prepare. My husband eats exactly the same thing every day - kaya and toast with Chinese tea. I alternate between granola and toast. Trying to do more bread varieties &amp; will next experiment wholemeal bread &amp; some asuki red beans if I can reduce salt &amp; sugar level.<br /><br />My kids are helping to cook more &amp; planning for suitable dietary meals for their grandpa. I started &amp; tried but just cldnt piece them altogether. Once they chipped in, it’s so much more fun &amp; interactive. Truly 年轻有本钱 better than my old brains. Also injured my left elbow &amp; hvnt recovered for last half-year. Not steady in taking hot bakes fr oven, so they come in eagerly to see results @ end of baking time. Am pleased they’re getting lifeskills.<br /><br />You try switching yr baking talents to do wholemeal &amp; healthy diet types of bread?</p>
