True. But please male sure you protect babies eyes well and don't go out during noon, etc. Choose 8am kind of sun.

Yes, its true.

My daughter used to have mild jaundice when she was 8 weeks old and failed a relevant test which has done on her (can't remember what test is that). So a nurse asked and taught me how to carry her under sun taning for few minutes everyday. After one week she went back to do the test again. Passed!
