Tried stuff like salonpas and different brands of it. Also the liquid rub type (an-something) which only ‘burn’ my skin.


Finally someone recommended me this ketoxxxx patch. Does not feel any warm sensation. Was very effective. However more costly & have to get via phamarcy (salonpas etc could be bought easily), so more troublesome. Guess the medication probably is stronger.

But as patch, I found it harder to apply on my back.

Then I saw my GP & she let me try the FASTUM gel. Very cooling & also equally effective. Have since switched to the gel since easier to apply. But again, need to get from pharmacy.

I have tenosynovitis on my wrist due to overuse of my wrist when I have to do a lot of computer work when I was working. I usually use Fastum gel on my wrist.

But I think it is important to rest the aching body part.
