Their mobile app is pretty good too. When I first got into meditating, I couldn’t sit still for long, and there was a function on the app that "dings" every X minute (I can’t really recall now). So I just did 2 minutes at a time and eventually could meditate for longer sessions without having to rely on a timer.<br /><br /><br />Everything is free, by the way. You can pay for the packages, but frankly just do the free ones to get started first!</p>

The first 10 days are free and you get an introduction to meditation, but I find the real value in the premium package. It costs only 100 dollars a year for me, so I find it very worth it.
