Less than an hour flight I couldn’t comment but overall is ok, just that the LCCT KL upon arrival need to walk very far to the arrival hall.<br /><br /><br />My first time taking budget airline.  Before that I’m suppose to take tiger airway but they rescheduled the flight to evening so I cancelled and still waiting for their refund afte 2 months.</p>

But I noticed there are lots more complain against Tiger than Jetstar, and hardly any complain against Air Asia<br /><br /><br />also bought multi-sectors on Jetstar for friends and it all turned out okay…they even emailed reminders on upcoming flights, no bad!<br /><br />the dirtiest aircraft belongs to Tiger - even for new aircrafts the carpet was heavily soiled and the toilets smelly</p>

Emailed them to feedback but they just sent an email to apologize.<br />Have been traveling on SQ since I was a child. Never encountered such disappointing service before. In my case, Jetstar was the worst one with the longest delay (3+ hours before we could take off on a flight to macau); Tiger not far behind in terms of overall experience.<br /><br /><br />My experience with Air asia ok.<br /><br />Unless it’s REALLY cheap, else, I would only take full service airlines. The (lack of) service is really too irritating - I’ve ever spent hours on a phone waiting for someone to pick up the line, and I guess I was lucky that someone actually did pickup that phone at the end of it.</p>
