The 25% reduced fat is still made in USA)<br />A lot of cosmetics are made in China. It is hard to find lipstick/eye-shadows, etc that are not made in China.</p>

We do what we can by making an informed choice ie minimizing MIC. We can make a difference. It's not always about lowest price but value.
