Perhaps the roller has flatten due to weight on it for too long.  I am clueless.  Urgently need someone to solve the problem as I can’t close the door so cannot turn on the aircon.  As you know, the weather is really toasty these days.  HELP!!!</p>

It cannot be repaired.
