The problem with milk bottles is kids tend to fall asleep while drinking their milk. It is the habit that accompanies most nighttime milk drinkers - drink and immediately drift to sleep. He recommends giving a sip of water after milk, gurgling, or give at least 20 - 30mins awake time after drinking milk. According to him, the saliva will help to clean the mouth (and wash away the sugar from the milk).</p>
