Some times for lunch in office and a few times for lazy weekend dinner. So far, i’ve tried Grabfood, food panda and Deliveroo. Sadly i’ll rank Foodpanda the last, they are not THAT bad but i feel the other companies are doing better in terms of the arrival times of my order.

But food panda’s customer service is good though.

Can I order food from more than one eating place and have a consolidated order on the food delivery platform?
My child told me cannot, can only order from one eating place.


Food panda? I think your child is right.
When I use their app to add items from different eateries, it will tell me that I am ordering from another restaurant and the items in my cart that I have added previously will be removed.
So have to put up separate orders if u are ordering from different eateries. Not sure about other food delivery services.
Have only tried food panda.

1st order:
Everything was amazing. Immediately after placing my order I received a sms notification that they have recieved the order and is currently preparing the food. And after 15-20 minutes or so I received another sms notification that food is on the way and I received my food within 10 minutes after that. Total waiting time: 30 minutes.

2nd Order:
Same as previously up till the food delivery sms notification. I only received the sms after 40 minutes (They claim to deliver within 40 minutes after the order is placed). Thinking that perhaps they are having good business I didn’t think much past it. However, after another 30 minutes I have still not gotten my food despite the sms notification that my food is on the way. I called the food panda hotline when is my food is going to be delivered and they told me that they will need another 20 minutes. By then it was already 2pm and I was really hungry already. I just cancelled the order and went down to buy my own lunch after that.

I haven’t ordered anymore with food panda.
