Hi Miaor,

Yes, you may buy black shoes from outside. However, we do encourage parents to buy the black velcro shoes with the school logo on it so as to instil a stronger sense of pride in pupils for their school.
The school socks with the school logo is compulsory though.

West Spring Primary will be sending out a letter to all registered parents in about 2 weeks’ time. Please do spend time reading this letter very carefully as it contains lots of important information on school matters. Attached to the letter will be the following : school book list which includes PE attire & stationery, application for School-Based Student Care, bus operator information, Financial Assistance Scheme, Special Needs form and GIRO application for school fees.

Yes, it will be ready when the school starts by next year.

Currently there is no feeder service(bus) passing by that stretch of road. The only way to reach the school is by LRT(Jelapang). Just wondering in future if there will be any bus service passing through that stretch of road.

Hi LFC4ever,

The school has written in to the relevant authorities to look into the possibility of erecting a sheltered walkway as well as possibility of an additional bus service. Such decisions by the relevant authorities will need to take into account many factors on their part. Hence, we’ll await their reply and we’ll update parents in due course on the outcomes of our requests.

We’ve recently made site visits to the school and would like to share with you that West Spring is taking shape very nicely. It’s a very lovely and forward-looking school! The construction of the school building is on schedule and will be ready for occupancy when the new school term starts. :welcome:
