You can still place your Happy Meal order online (now till 7 AUG) and pick up the minions in Dec:

btw, I got source in Malaysia who told me yesterday night 12am go queue for minion (not in the main cities). Last week, can buy without purchasing the meal; this week they have to buy the meal to get the masak. Wonder if next week will have new pattern.
maybe coz it's ramandan...kinda weird to Q in the day and if wait till evening, maybe all gone liao 😉
