But the info on Samsung's various tablets will be useful because I want a 10\" tablet next and that will likely be a Samsumg. 🙂

Lol... I think most people are wondering why don't you do what Steve Jobs recommended, which is to just use your fingers 🙂

There are plenty of capacitive styli to be found in Sim Lim Square starting from the ground floor. They range from $9 to $20. But the tips tend to be rather thick, and when you use them you have to worry about your palm touching the screen and registering false touches.

That's why Samsung came up with the Note series which uses special technologies to allow you to write and with palm detection.
