Dancing's great, it keeps the muffins off the hips!!! And definitely a wonderful time to socialize as well. I always dedicate time for hanging out with my girlfriends and head out for some drinks to relax and dance the stress from work and kids off. And I do some fun-dancing with the hubs too, always end up falling over each other in laughter! ๐Ÿ™‚ Great bonding and effective in keeping the love going as well.
