The most important thing is to buy the right cream that will not give you allergies)) And at the start do not keep it on your body for too long, let the skin get use to it. But at first I used to go to a medical center where I was paying for wraps (to London Weight Management)) There I learned how they are made and started to do them myself.

As for the vacuum, no, you shall not do it if the doctor does not allow. You have to consult him/her first ))

The most difficult part of the body to remove fat is from the tummy region. I will urge you to keep an eye on your diet. You need to cut out all the processed food and eat natural ones. You also need to target your belly region. Planks are the best exercise for it.
