Just checked firefly website and there is no tickets on the day I’m suppose to check in. Can only book one day before check in. Meaning I may end up having to book for one more night of accomodation in cherating. sigh…</p>

Thanks.<p></p></blockquote>I don't encourage driving up unles you are Malaysian and familiar with the small roads leading into Kuantan, then Cherating.<br /><br />The roads are small and narrow with many big trucks speeding. <br />Very unlike roads in SG, so it's best not to drive up unless you are very familiar driving in such roads. The journey was long &amp; bumpy, and slow because at a few parts of the journey, the coach was following long trailers which transport big tree trunks.  Not only that, we had to assemble at Newton Circus at 6am to board the coach.  We got to Cherating about 1 to 2pm.<br /><br />CM Cherating has sailing which Bintan doesn't offer. For golfers, CM Bintan can arrange for you to play at Ria Bintan which is just next to CM and the course is scenic.  You have to pay separately to Ria Bintan.<br /><br />If you have young kids below 2 yrs old, there is a petite club membership which you have to pay and CM will babysit for you including feeding your todlers.  We enjoyed everything at CM - the food, activities, facilities, nite entertainment put up by their GRO.</blockquote></blockquote>Yet another fantastic review!<br /><br /> :goodpost: <br /><br />Given me a few serious stuff to consider as well.<br />I have 2 kids not so young... about 8yrs and 6yrs.<br />Yes, i've heard that the food is free flow and also <br />the activities and spa.
