I am on Chasteberry herbal supplementg for about a year. I get severe headaches during my menses and this has reduced the severity a lot. I usually get mild headaches during my menses. However, it took about six months of supplements before this reduction kicked in. Other than this good benefit, I have not seen any regulation of my menses.
