I suspect you are no longer feeling the pain because you have lost a lot of weight. The endocrinologist I saw on Tuesday advised me not to put on weight as weight gain is also a cause of heel pain, esp as we age, wear and tear of ligaments increase the % of getting heel pain.

Yes, I have the same problem now.

Did a google and ended up with \"heel pain plantar fasciitis\"

I followed some of the recommended stretching exercises before getting out of bed, so most mornings are not so bad anymore.

If I sit for longer time, say 30 minutes and get up, also feel the pain.

Cheap & good if u look out for those on sale & very nice styling too. It is also very lightweight with good support. I will not get other overpriced ‘branded’ shoes anymore. Btw, it’s made in China.
