They are a big supermarket/shopping centre selling products from China. One branch in chinatown (next to OG people’s park). The other 2 are in Jurong Point and Junction 10 (Bukit Panjang).

You can try Kovan Heartland Mall. There is a stall just be the escalator on the second floor. She sells tea and also tea sets. 🙂

Otherwise, you can try Tea Chapter. Tea Chapter is along Neil Road.
