Got the agent to process passport renewal and home leave.
U can get the agent to renew the work permit when the passport is ready but I did it by myself cos it was quite easy.

Better plan early cos passport renewal in Singapore can take some time. I forgot how long, should be at least 3 weeks or more after interview.

Passport renewal better engage an agency to handle the paper works at the Philipino embassy. Handling fee would cost about 100.

Home leave needs paper work e.g. exit pass at the embassy and can be done together with the passport renewal.
