I take EL, CL, HCL, AM, EM, BIO, CHEM, PHY and COMB HUMANITIES (SS/HIST).

I really want to go JC but I was wondering if I can choose L1(EL) + R5(CL,EM,BIO,CHEM,PHY) ?? Is it possible to choose 3 pure sciences in the R5? I'm not really good in the others you see

L1 can be EL or HCL. But if HCL is chosen, then CL cannot be one of the R5. So do your sums.

For R5, your choice is not acceptable as you need a Humanities. The R5 is as follows:
R1: Humanities. Your case, this will be Combined Humanities.
R2: Humanities/Math/Science
R3: Humanities/Math/Science
R4: Next best subject
R5: Next best subject
