iPhone release cycle is Sep/Oct, so it is unlikely to be out in Jun.

1. go to iphone setting
2. select general option
3. select Touch ID & Passcode
4. enter your existing password
5. select Touch ID
6. you can use touch ID for, iphone unlock & iTunes & App Store
7. Add a Fingerprint...
8. Just scan few fingers to unlock the phone

Am not familiar with Win8, so bear with me as they MAY BE SIMILAR.
You have to find the \"repair\" option for the iTunes program.
In the Windows XP version,
Select \"Start\", Select \"Control Panel\", Select \"add/Remove Programs\".
Select \"Change/Remove Programs\" option and wait a moment, scroll down the list and look for the \"iTunes\" program.
Mouse over and click the \"click here for support information.
In the \"Support Info\" box there is a repair option.
It will re-install the iTunes app.
Hopefully, it should work.

PS remember that the instructions are based on WinXP, and not Win8, but are somewhat similar in action! You may require a little looking around to find this option.
