<![CDATA[Wnere to take nice photo for resume and passport?]]>For my father’s passport, i helped him to scan a photo and cropped then sent to ICA 5 yr ago to apply… subsequently saved the file in computer.


few months ago, needed to renew. I sent in the same file, and it was rejected! The reason given was need a more recent photo… So now i know they actually look at the date saved for softcopy…

I can understand why, but it’s not like a 74 yo person looks v different from a 79 yo…

It’s OK to remove temporary pimples or whatever but don’t remove permanent birth marks, moles etc.

Then upload to PC and photoshop a little bit then upload into ICA website.
Anyway at the end, passport photo will be black & white
