Exactly! most locals can't be bothered with any art at any angle or height; any shape or any colour. Some just walk past without realising it's a piece of high art (e.g. Dali's Homage to Newton at UOB Plaza or Henry Moore's Reclining Figure at OCBC Main). A few locals even stole art pieces from the Night Festival this year!

Anyway, for all we know, the woman was the only one that day who truly appreciates the Kinetic Rain. It seems to me it was a premeditated \"performance\" cos she was wearing a sheer white dress. Is that how a departing passenger would normally wear to board the plane? Notice her facial expression when she was caressing those balls...so enchanted, so mesmerised... 😂

you mean as in suspended in middle of airport so that nobody can climb on? I guess nobody expected SOMEONE to like the feature so much that he/she will climb over the railing to bring the 'rain' back as souvenir.
