when my pocket contents got succumbed to the \"gypsies\" in Italy, all other banks were unwilling to expedite replacement credit card, regardless of how sob my story was. The only bank that was willing to do it was DBS and they actually also tracked my card delivery along the way and called me progressively to ensure things are fine....

this experienced coupled with what I have been experiencing in Singapore sold me for choice....DBS only. Yes....am and was also a Priority customer with DBS but NO i do not work for DBS 🙂

Yup....more or less similiar in terms of benefits...

i find better and faster customer services in other banks…
Recently, i have juz closed my company’s acct with them…
(at that point of opening, that branch was the nearest bank to my office… for easier banking transactions. Had been lazy to change bank due to paper work involved).

From what I know DBS treasures members needs to have at least $200K in their DBS account..
I'm sure they would love to keep their members happy..
Depends on what benefits you are looking at.

Not as good as the foreign banks in terms of product offerings.

Will likely get mooncakes if active investor bah but this will be relative to the size of other clients in the RM's portfolio.

For normal banking transactions, the best part is probably cutting queue time and for me, nicer angpow plus someone to help change money during Chinese New Year.

Have you seen the queue at dbs? no such thing as off peak, queue is always snaking


Even the udpate passbook machine is forever long queue.

The only time I step into dbs is to change my posb passbook (once every two years) because posb queue is worst than dbs :faint:

I rely on internet banking to avoid any dealing with dbs or posb.

Depends on location. Some have different outlets, some are partitioned areas within the branch. But it is self-contained.

When you visit DBS Bank, I think you have special queue to handle your banking need. They may also be serving you coffee and food too. Private Banker will be all over you trying to get you to part with your money for them to \"help you to invest\"
DBS Treasures is not private banking. Private banking clients don't have to queue, whether in a privilege queue or otherwise. They also don't have a special lounge at the bank branch. Actually, they don't have to go to the bank at all because the bank sends someone over for everything. :siam:
