If the maid run to embassy and complain that she is not paid according to this contract, agency and employer can be sued. I suspect this agency try to absolve themselves from this potential situation, want to wash their hand off. If you have the all the doc required to apply for adv home leave(one of the key doc is authentication of contract which they will usu pass to you when you first hire the maid). just ask your maid to go embassy and apply for OEC. You do not need to go through agent and sign this unnecessary doc.  Pls highlight the name of the agency so others will be warned.</p>
