but seriously, education here is really getting so competitive and stressful, i thought my time was bad but now it seems even worse. What is wrong with our education system?


I think its good thing that education is getting more and more competitive. Because it shows that in our society, you need a good education to be successful. In some countries, you can only be successful if you know someone important, or if you are from a particular race. The fact that the people here highly trust that the education system can get you somewhere means that we don't rely on such corrupt methods. Which is actually a good thing for poorer kids, if they work hard in the education system, they can lift themselves out of the poverty cycle. In many countries, this is not possible at all. Coming from a low-income background, I really thrived in such a competitive system. If I were from anywhere else in the world, I probably won't be in a world-renowned university today.
