If an item is defective… it should break down before the original warranty expires… If it is due to wear and tear, you can’t prevent it… and likely it’ll only show after the extended warranty expires.

The advantages of big stores, they sell extended warranty. I think it is useful for items that need that extra warranty.

yes, most neighborhood electrical provide such service ( order via phone), I ordered my washer from Parissilk through phone too.
I also realized that u can even bargain your purchases at Gain city...always thought the price is fixed.
