Hi, yes, she can do it herself at Lucky Plaza. It's not easy to register online. So normally she goes personally to Lucky Plaza to have it done.

This PAG IBIG is just a one time payment every time she needs to go home.

Beware of pilipino maid. I just found out recently that maid from this country actually exchange notes about their employer and they form a group to advise fellow maid planning to look for new employer whether to work or not to work for a particular employer.

Avoid hiring the one with the name Divina JN (WP # 024860140). She was chit chating with neighbor maid when was supposed to be buying breakfast for our son. She took pictures and posted on facebook. We were informed by neighbor’s maid to search her on facebook. We found out from our new maid that Divina actually called her and told her about the situation in our house.

I got her from Bukit Timah Plaza, Budxxx Maid.

I don’t quite understand this PAG IBIG contribution. I read that it must be paid monthly (like our CPF) but my maid had never paid it before (she claims). If I asked her to pay at the Lucky Plaza shop, will they make her back pay every cents?? Or can she just pay 1 month’s contribution and we use that receipt to apply for OEC?

My maid went to the embassy without making any appointment and got her exit pass (OEC) successfully.
The next outstanding issue is to made her PAG IBIG contribution at Lucky Plaza which doesn’t require any pre-appointment. So will settle this within this week.

I asked my maid and she didn’t know about this PAG IBIG thing at all. How much must she pay? And she must pay annually?? I have all other documents except this one before I can apply for OEC.

My maid's Authentication of Contract and OWWA still valid, what she needs is just the OEC for coming back to S'pore.
My Filippino salesman said she can just purchase the OEC in the regional office when she is back home in Philippines and no need to make any appointment.
Last time before they implemented the E-appointment, we just went to queue on a Sunday morning to get things done.
She went home last Jan coz her father passed away, so we went down w/o making any appointment but since we have valid reason, so they accepted and issued us a queue no on the spot to get things done in one day.

Anyway you should get it settled soon! My maid is going on home leave on 22 March and i applied through a maid agent for exit permit etc in the 2nd week of February. The documents were only issued today!

So you need at least 3-4 weeks to get the documents ready. Suggest you do so asap. Good luck!
