Not very impressed with the open house. Not systematic. A lot of lower sec students around, n they are not proactive introducing the cca and etc.


We are staying at dover. Might choose gan eng seng over CTSS.

Our kid tscore is 234, and we are considering clementi town (231) which is 10 min walking distance. However, my relative said Fuhua [232] is better. I have visited the open house yesterday. The only problem is that the travelling time by bus 185 and walking is 35 mins (not including waiting tome). Not alot, but would appreciate if the time and convenience saved is worth to switch to Fuhua. Thanks.  :thankyou:

The principal ls very passionate and always think ahead for her students. The teachers are supportive, students are quite well behaved and discipline. They have very strong parent support group too.

Come for the open house on 21st Nov and have a feel with it…

My son is posted to CTSS for 2011 Sec1. Is change in principle going to affect school's general performance? I believe strict principles and school staff are good for students, especially in their teenage years.

And now the current principal with Clementi Town Secondary seems very good as my niece is there in her secondary 3, very disciplined and score very well.

I am also not sure if the current principal is strict, but it seems that he/she is quite a good principal as he/she has been promoted to Nan Hua High.

That principal did not even bother to reply to my email complaining of school bully. That was in year 2008. I tranferred my child out of the school. Many people said good thing about the school but not true - NOT in my own experience
