hate to say this but… sanitary pads are very cheap in indonesia. for some brands, it is 1/4 of the price in SG. but must go to the supermarkets that cater to locals, not expats/tourists.


bandung factory outlets have quite nice and affordable clothes too.

Usually just buy Indonesian prepacked sauces, kueh kueh (must eat upon arrival) or modern batik scarves/shawls/shirts/pouches or handbags. Their aromatherapy products aren’t that great. Can buy Balinese home accessories in one’s heading to Bali.
