The agency told us to selct a new maid and pay for new package. this is all they do. and Let the problem maid transfer. WHen I reported the incident to MOM, and agent got wind( bcos the new workpermit got delayed). The boss of the agency called and scold me. Telling me don't feedback to MOM. this is a bad agency la. :lightrod:
