They would need to be assessed mentally to determine if they are of sound mind. The judge will also take into consideration if the accused was agitated to kill another person.

He claimed it was a wrongdoing.

the same should also apply to police.

In order to catch robbers fast, policemen need to also keep fit :-
for health reasons, plus be agile on the job, to nab \"bad\" people, on the streets, anytime.
Maintain a public image on fitness is important, for police.
Police also go back reservist regularly. My hubby in police and he is call back for reservist regularly.

At the hawker centre, coffee shop, sometimes see blind men or women using a stick, selling tissue paper.
See them very pitiful.
Saw some kind hearted people at times give them $2, but did not take their tissue.
The fact that NEA start collect $ really show ... No compassion in sg
$120 license fee for the genuine blind/old men or women selling tissue paper is a lot. :yikes:

Likely the group is part of a syndicate that exploit the poor to do the
begging and paid them pittance or none at all for the work. They could also be beaten if they did not meet the daily target.
Also the victim was said to be 'big sized' so the suitcase could not possibly
