Weight loss is my lifelong career

Since young, I have been very conscious about my weight.
I am not blessed with a slim figure and I will put on weight even if I just drink water!

So, everytime, when people say a certain product is good, I will buy it and try.

I have tried numerous products like, i-slim, x-diet, cambridge diet , extrim etc....

I also applied products like Nivea fat burning gel and many more, some of which I cannot recall the names now....

More than 10 years down the road, I am still looking out for the best product that works.

If I hear any good recommendation, you bet I will try it out.

Not only that, I have went for several treatments.

I went to Expressions, no results.
De Beaute, no results
And finally I found London Weight Management. At that time, they are call Sensualite. I must admit their treatment works.

However, once you stop the treatment, you will regain your previous weight

I then tried to go to a specialist.
I went to the Makeover Clinic at Eastpoint for mesotherapy.

I was injected thousands of times with cocktails of microinjections of conventional or homeopathic medicines, vitamins, minerals and amino acids.

I look like I was stung by ants thousands of times and it is painful! Ouch!
After parting with yet another few thousands, it doesn't work.

So now, I control what I eat, and is rather skeptical about those so-called treatments.

I am still considering liposuctions.

I guess that should be the most effective surgery by far.

How about you? How obsessed are you? on Fri, 30 Jun 2023 13:17:26 GMT

I wanted to share my personal experience with combining veganism, intermittent fasting, and weight loss. It has been an incredibly positive journey for me, and I hope my story can provide some insights and inspiration to those interested in this approach.

Veganism, which involves abstaining from all animal products, and intermittent fasting have both gained popularity in recent years for their potential health benefits. When I decided to embark on my weight loss journey, I was intrigued by the idea of integrating these two practices to maximize results and align with my ethical beliefs.

First and foremost, veganism played a significant role in my weight loss efforts. By adopting a plant-based diet, I naturally reduced my intake of high-calorie and processed foods, which tend to contribute to weight gain. Instead, I focused on whole, nutrient-dense foods such as fruits, vegetables, legumes, whole grains, and https://veganalyze.com/high_protein_foods_sources_list.html. This shift not only helped me lose weight but also improved my overall well-being.

Combining veganism with intermittent fasting further accelerated my weight loss progress. Intermittent fasting helped me create a calorie deficit by restricting my eating window, which led to more efficient fat burning. I followed the 16/8 method, fasting for 16 hours and consuming all my meals within an 8-hour window. This approach allowed me to control my portion sizes and make conscious food choices during my eating window.

The beauty of intermittent fasting and veganism is that they complement each other well. By incorporating whole, plant-based foods during my eating window, I ensured I was nourishing my body with the necessary nutrients while still maintaining a calorie deficit for weight loss. It also helped me break away from mindless snacking and emotional eating habits, as I became more in tune with my body's true hunger signals.

However, it's crucial to note that veganism and intermittent fasting may not be suitable for everyone. It's essential to listen to your body, consult with a healthcare professional or registered dietitian, and ensure you're meeting your nutritional needs, especially when it comes to essential nutrients like vitamin B12, iron, and omega-3 fatty acids.

In my experience, combining veganism, intermittent fasting, and weight loss has been a transformative journey. Not only have I achieved my weight loss goals, but I have also experienced increased energy levels, improved digestion, and a sense of alignment with my ethical choices.

If you're considering https://veganalyze.com/fitness/healthy_vegan_weight_loss_tips.html or integrating intermittent fasting into your plant-based lifestyle, I encourage you to do thorough research, seek professional guidance, and approach it with patience and an open mind. Every individual is unique, so it's essential to find an approach that works for you and supports your long-term health and well-being.

fulmi

Reply to Weight loss. Since Oct last year, online LPA will be the 1st step to kick-start the process & no more hardcopy documents can be submitted. In the past we submit signed LPA hardcopy but now all hv to be online.

1. Using SingPass go online to input diner’s particulars & donor appointment(s) of donee. Donor must inform & get the consent of all donees

2. Donees then log on to input their particulars & register their consent. If more than 1 donee, the system cannot go on to next step of the process until fully completed

3. Once all donor & donee’ particulars & consent given online, you can either approach a lawyer or a doctor, who will visit every question with donor to ascertain lucid mind & u’stand the purpose he/she wants to execute LPA. Doc charges btwn $60-90. Don’t know how much lawyers charges. Maybe $100. Our family doc charged MIL only $40 as Pioneer Citizen.

4. Once LPA endorsed by doc or lawyer, they will send endorsements as final submission.

MSF (Ministry of Social & Development) via Office of Public Guardian Online :-

https://www.msf.gov.sg/policies/Pages/Lasting-Power-of-Attorney.aspx

Can also download fr here :-

The Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) will be launching the new online system, OPG Online (OPGO), on 14 November 2022.
