<![CDATA[Which one irks you more?]]>I am perturbed by the following conditions:


1. State of untidiness
2. State of unclean environment

so I have to do something about it. However if time is a constraint, the one that irks me more is the second state. For untidiness, I still have some tolerance, if 乱中有序 I can still maintain my sanity.

I have not reached extreme spectrum like a friend I know. He has a high need for order that his marriage ended because he could not tolerate the "opposites" of his spouse any longer. For me, I find it acceptable in my spouse because I already know he will never be like me since I know him day 1 in this area. So for the unmarried, note that this trait can potentially wreck a marriage.

DH has been at me for the past few weeks about this issue.

But I have to agree that I have put on weight lah ... 😞

Oh, share with you this incident. Actually I have always been slim until I met DH then bf. He used to pick me up from wk with all those malay kuehs to feed me and also went for loads of high tea during courtship. Because we were dating in secret (couldn't tell my parents), I used to come back home and still eat mom's food, even though very full aft eating with him. Of course you can imagine what happened nxt. 😛

The best part of this story is ... his mom, my now MIL called me up one day to lecture me abt my weight and how that he is her first born and that must do something abt my weight gain if not relatives will talk yada yada ... I was so shocked and speechless. Anyway, only managed to lose the weight aft he left for further studies, just cut rice and sweet stuff completely. Actually never told DH abt this until aft we got married 😄

Managed to maintain it even until aft I delivered DS. Then suffered 2 miscarriages aft DS turned one yr (haiz AGAIN!) and have been going downhill since .....

But have to do something abt this lah ... cannot go on like this 😞

Yeah Japanese and Korea have similar cultures but the difference is in Japan, the culture is throughout the country, Korea not so unianimous yet. The spread of H1N1 in Korea is very much faster to my surprise as well.

share this pic of a toilet we saw at the seoul airport. at the push of a button, the plastic lining the seat is replaced auto! how's that for clean n convenient..no more cleaning the seats.

After going to the toilet, will still wash hands of course. Sanitiser is for instances where there is no soap to wash hands with, then after wash, I can use the sanitiser. I love such toilets too but I think it is too expensive to install these in SG. Even the used-to-be-very-sophisticated toilets in Paragon do not have this. I think maintaining the mechanism is also heavy maintenance cost. I am happy if they can put a dispenser for cleaning the toilet seats to do that manual cleaning. That makes alot of difference already.
