I've been mindful of that and thus I would regularly replace it and would also soak it in boiling water to disinfect it. Whenever I feast on it, maybe a 200g pack/wk for 2~3 wks, I’ll get serious outbreak, the last round lasted for more than 1 yr!!!<br /><br /><br />These days, I only enjoy a mini pack once in a while and the situation is very much stable.<br /><br />My sis on the other hand gets such eruption on her face when she consume prawns.<br /><br />Perhaps u shd examine your diet and try to figure out what kinda of food u r sensitive to, some of which may belong to what chinese terms as ‘heaty’ (roasted stuff) or ‘poisonous’ (beef, duck…).  Also avoid oily food</p>

But your prob began long before right?<br /><br />I also notice my boy beginning to get some pimples on his back (the NJC uniform is quite thick and he perspires easily).  Anyway I told him to use the facial cleanser (with oil control) to wash his back. Once I asked myself if it was due to me incomplete cleansing.  I was right.  As I had long hair that covers the back of the neck, after each wash of hair I failed to flip up my hair to scrub/rinse thoroughly the covered area.  Do you get what I mean?  hehe, I hope I have explained it clearly.  <br /><br />Thus I diligently use a sponge since then, making sure that I would lift up my hair and scrub my neck thoroughly.
