Then who are those people at lucky plaza on Sundays?<br /><br /><br />Basically,  they flood the whole of orchard road on Sundays. They picnic at every available and legal space, even the path leading up to Mt E.<br /><br />I would have thought orchard road is a filipino town - on Sundays.</p>
