Read a few reviews on net before buying, and it seems that Hitachi is a more reliable brand than Samsung. 🙂

There is an even bigger one and so I assume that's the model I mentioned to you above (sorry I could be wrong). We also have the French Bottom Freezer which has a 4-ticks sticker on its door. However when I look at hitachi's website, it looks like 2 ticks only. Yet, if you download the brochure, it shows 4 ticks. Both stickers look slightly different, so maybe they refer to two different things? Maybe ask the retailer about it.

So love the Sub Zero but my head not so big, can't wear that hat.
