Both are doing well in this school. I like that they send pictures to update on what they do everyday and my 6 year old niece is able to share what she learns in school such as learning about Thomas Edison etc. I have a good impression of this school. Hope the other outlets are as good.

Teachers are leaving every month and are not fully replaced. So there is perpetual lack of teachers to meet their promised lower ratio that is stated on their website.

There are serious shortage of teacher. Heard that there are teachers left suddenly and without informing parents. The school teacher:student ratio is worst than any of the gov childcare but they pretend that they have enough teacher by getting some temporary manpower to help.

The management is very good in cover up. I hope new parents dont get cheated by their recent “ice age” theme. Think carefully, when teachers were tasked with all these decorations, do you still have time to teach children?
There is no improvement since so many years. Principal & teachers turnover is extremely high.
The management run the childcare in very commercial way.
As a parent, I hope the above review helps and think thrice if you ever consider Mulberry CCK.

I visited the center, the pros is spacious indoor and outdoor, the principle is nice and patient and teachers look experienced; cons: too many kids and open-classroom make it quite noisy, and on my view the teachers look tired. need more comments to set my mind 😞 thanks!

I have a couple of friends whose children were enrolled in JE and TP. They have given me many wonderful feedback on the curriculum and the team. So I decided to give it a try and visit the newly open branch at Toa Payoh during their open house despite of a few negative feedbacks seen on the forum. I must say that I am really glad that it wasn't a wasted trip! The new school have a condusive environment with high ceilings and the team of staff are very friendly and approachable. Looks like things may have changed for the better and I'm pretty hopeful. Have registered my children in the centre and looking forward to start them soon! 😄

Currently my child is in infant care at star learners next door.
Star learners had a lot of bad reviews due to high turnover of teachers and change of 3 principals within 2 years.
However we noticed that things seem to be getting better after the recent change of prinicipal.

Looking at the curriculum that both Mulberry and Star Learners provide. It seems to us that there are more enrichments within the curriculum for Mulberry. Is it worthwhile to make the transfer, as it is few hundred more expensive?

May I know how do I find out whether the staff there are certified or not? When I visited the center, it generally gave me a very open and vibrant feel which I thought it’s nice and conducive for my daughter to be studying there.
