How shd he or she proceed? <br />Evidence needed in case the they deny?<br />2. Whats the easiest way  to achieve this divorce?<br />3. How much in general to engage a divorce lawyer?<br />4. How long is the process normally?<br />5. Be it whoever wrong or have affair, husband still need to pay alimony?<br />6. If yes, normally how much or whats the formula?<br /><br />Interesting to know. Example. Its confirmed that they are married. Lets say the wife is the one who had an affair. Wife not working. (Divorce must not be due to non-consummation of marriage or annulment.) <br /><br />Divorced without children<br />If you have no children from the marriage, you can retain the flat alone if you are a Singapore Citizen, at least 35 years old, and meet the prevailing conditions for retention of the flat under the SSC scheme.<br /> <br />Alternatively, you can include another person to retain the flat with under an eligibility scheme, subject to you meeting the prevailing conditions.<br /><br />Completion of MOP<br />If you wish to sell your flat on the open market, you must have satisfied the MOP by the divorce completion date.
