Once the markings are completed, the scoresheets are submitted to the Chief marker.  <br /><br />2)  The same set of exam papers are then being marked by Team B, who will also record the scores on a scoresheet.  The completed scoresheets are then submitted to the same Chief marker.<br /><br />3)  Chief maker will compare scoresheets and check the grades awarded.  Any discrepancy of 5 marks or more, a third marker is activated to re-mark.</p>

After a few years (3-5), they are then sent for recycling to make new A3 papers for the future PSLE Papers/other national examination.</p>

The teacher markers will put all their personal belongings (including phones) into lockers everyday when they start marking at SEAB. I think there was no marking days then. A group of us (all students) will help to sort out and bundled the papers - in running index orders according to different exam centers. Different segment were being marks by different teachers. Everyday we would have trolleys and trolleys of papers to sort. We also checked to ensure that no names and school names are written on the papers, only index and exam center no.</p>
